- Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, PLANT B Egg, vegetable milk and vanilla extract with a whisk to form a batter, then add 20g blueberries.
- Heat the sunflower oil in the frying pan.
- Pour a generous ladle of the batter into the skillet and fry the PLANT B Egg pancakes until golden brown.
- Serve the PLANT B Egg pancakes with the remaining blueberries, banana slices and maple syrup.
