Get started

  • Place a suitable pan with plenty of oil on a low heat source.
  • Cut the vegetables or fish/meat replacement into desired pieces of your choice.
  • Dip the pieces in the flour
  • Dip the floured pieces one at a time into the Plant-B egg mixture and coat them in the panko.
  • Increase the pan with oil to medium heat.
  • Fry the pieces in the pan with oil until golden brown.
