- Place a suitable pan with plenty of oil on a low heat source.
- Cut the vegetables or fish/meat replacement into desired pieces of your choice.
- Dip the pieces in the flour
- Dip the floured pieces one at a time into the Plant-B egg mixture and coat them in the panko.
- Increase the pan with oil to medium heat.
- Fry the pieces in the pan with oil until golden brown.
