Get started

  • Mix PLANT B Egg with the sugar in a basin and beat for about 4 minutes.
  • Fold the flour, ammonium, vanilla marrow and lemon zest into the mixture.
  • Add the buttermilk and mix well.
  • Let the batter rest covered overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Portion to desired size on greased floured plates.
  • Bake in preheated oven 230'C about 8 min. (depending on the size).
