- Mix the PLANT B Egg, paprika, curry powder and the salt.
- Heat the sunflower oil in the frying pan and fry the PLANT B Egg on low heat until solidified.
- Mix the vegetable yogurt, mustard and fresh dill and spoon in the PLANT B Egg.
- Top the bread slices with lettuce and the PLANT B Egg salad. Place the remaining bread slices on top and cut in half.
