  • Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and work into a shortcrust pastry.
  • Place in the fridge for one hour and leave to rest.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Shape the dough into balls of 20 g each and flatten a little by hand.
  • Spread as many chocolate drops as you like on the pastry pieces and bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
