- Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and work into a shortcrust pastry.
- Place in the fridge for one hour and leave to rest.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Shape the dough into balls of 20 g each and flatten a little by hand.
- Spread as many chocolate drops as you like on the pastry pieces and bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
