  • Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
  • Grease the baking pan with oil and sprinkle with fine semolina.
  • Put the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, lecithin and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  • Then add the mineral water, oil and PLANT B Egg to the dry ingredients and mix everything well with a whisk.
  • Pour the batter into the fruit base pan.
  • Bake at 180°C top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool in the mold and top as desired.
