- Preheat the oven to 190 °C and grease the muffin tin.
- Mix the cream, PLANT B Egg, vanilla sugar and sugar.
- Mix the flour and the baking flour.
- Stir the blueberries into the flour mixture.
- Add the flour mixture to the PLANT B Egg mixture and mix to a firm batter.
- Divide the batter between the muffin tins.
- Place the PLANT B Egg muffins in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
