Potato tortilla

Get started

  • Cut the leeks into thin rings and finely chop the garlic.
  • Heat the sunflower oil in the frying pan and fry the leeks and garlic over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
  • Mix the thyme, nutmeg, PLANT B Egg and vegetable cream. Add the leeks and garlic.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Place the potato slices the pan and pour in the PLANT B Egg mixture. Place the PLANT B Egg tortilla in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Garnish with the fresh thyme.
