Coconut macaroons

Get started

  • Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan and leave to cool.
  • Put all the other ingredients into a kneading bowl. Add the liquid coconut oil and knead into a dough.
  • Preheat the oven to 170°C top and bottom heat. Line the baking tray with baking paper and place the wafers on it.
  • Shape the dough into balls, place on the wafers and press flat.
  • Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
