- Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan and leave to cool.
- Put all the other ingredients into a kneading bowl. Add the liquid coconut oil and knead into a dough.
- Preheat the oven to 170°C top and bottom heat. Line the baking tray with baking paper and place the wafers on it.
- Shape the dough into balls, place on the wafers and press flat.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
