  • For the batter, mix 200 g flour, with 50 g PLANT B Egg, 500 ml vegetable milk, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder for at least 5 minutes.
  • Bake 4 thick pancakes, and while baking, push the pancake into coarse pieces with a spatula. Then sprinkle with some powdered sugar.
