Get started

  • Heat the butter in a suitable pan. Stir with a whisk until the solids begin to color.
  • Remove the pan from the heat source.
  • Add PLANT B Egg to a large bowl with the sugar, lime zest, lemon zest, vanilla seeds and salt.
  • Mix with a mixer for a few minutes.
  • Fold the self-rising flour, flour and bapkoedor into the batter.
  • Mix the Beurre Noisette through the batter.
  • Put in a piping bag and let it rest for an hour in the fridge.
  • Fill the greased and floured molds with the batter
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 8 minutes.
