  • Peel and coarsely grate the potato and sweet potato.
  • Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
  • Mix the PLANT B Egg, flour, paprika and cayenne pepper powder.
  • Add the grated potato and sweet potato.
  • Heat the sunflower oil in the frying pan and spoon the rösti mixture into the pan. Fry the rösti for 20 minutes on low heat, turning halfway through.
  • Cut the carrot into thin long slices, coarsely chop the beet and dill.
  • Spread the PLANT B Egg rösti with hummus and serve with beet, dill and carrot. Garnish with chili flakes.
