  • Prepare the white rice according to instructions on the package.
  • Mix the PLANT B Egg with the spices.
  • Heat ½ tablespoon of sunflower oil in the wok and fry the PLANT B Egg mixture for 7 minutes on each side.
  • Remove the PLANT B Egg omelet from the pan and cut into strips.
  • Cut the leek into thin rings and chop the onion.
  • Heat the rest of the sunflower oil in the wok and fry the white rice, leeks, red onion, carrot julienne and pointed cabbage for 7 minutes. Pour over the soy sauce and serve with the PLANT B Egg strips.
